Excel style filterable column headers

Current filtering capabilities would be far stronger with excel style filterable column headers for each column. This way, you could filter to show all tasks of type "Proposal Outstanding" but not in "Pending" status, for example. Or you could show tasks of type "Sales or Service" only, and leave out the other stuff. If you apply a filter to more than one column, it should treat as an "AND" between both sets of criteria. Finally, having a "clear filters" button, would be nice to clear out the filters from all columns quickly and easily.

Having an AND function for each column would be interesting but perhaps hard to implement in a way that makes sense and runs fast. We have AND sorting already in place for the primary drop down menus, this seems to narrow things down enough to see what you need to.
We appreciate your feedback, that said I don't think we'll be implementing this in the near future.
