A project view that includes both To-do, and Done

Would love to see a overall project view that includes both to-do, and done tasks next to each other, possibly with some sort of color coding to indicate their status, instead of only being able to see each set by itself. This way, a manager can quickly look at a project and see if a task was not entered that should have been entered or if it was simply already done.

We have had similar issues with tasks being created that were already completed. Being able to view all — active and completed — as one list (at least having the option, I don't know if I would want to see it as a default view) would be very helpful when trying to get a feel for the big picture of a project.

This is a big debate with us. We like the abstraction, but we also think it makes sense to be able to see both. The one issue is that it requires a bit interface tweak and therefore might have to wait a while. We plan to target other things first, such as time tracking and repeating tasks.
