Adding Dependencies between tasks

Is there a way to add dependencies between multiple tasks so that you know one task start is dependent on completion of another? Also, are there API's to make Stacks work with other applications?

   Hello Helen,

   We currently have no immediate plans to add dependencies between multiple tasks. If we have large interest from the Stacks community, we will look into how it can be implemented.

   We are in the process of creating an API for Stacks to allow users to create their own applications to interact with Stacks. We are hoping this can be used to create widgets, mobile apps, etc.
