Switching Views between Viewing All and Viewing a Department

When I switch between "Viewing All" to "Viewing Creative" (Department = Creative), the drop down for choosing a particular person doesn't list all the people, and the list of tasks only shows me the tasks assigned to the "Creative" department, but not any of the tasks assigned to individuals WITHIN that department.
Yet, when I do the same for "Development" -- it seems to work fine...

Hello Damian,
We tested this and it seems to be working fine for us.
Please check to see if you have any user's in your Creative department. To check which user's are in a department, first click on the "Control Panel" link at the top in the navigation. Next, click on the "Departments" tab on the left and then select the department from the drop-down list. You should see a list of users in that department. If no user's are linked to this department, simple add the required users from the drop-down list of users.
If users exist for your department, let us know so we can troubleshoot this problem.
